Does my home need to be furnished?
No. You can inquire about a furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished rental. Tell us which you offer and the lease lengths you will consider.
What is the placement fee?
We discuss the service, fee amount, when it is earned and when it is payable with you. The written agreement for your property controls. Sending an inquiry does not accept a fee or guarantee a tenant.
Will submitting this form publish my property?
No. We first confirm property details, written marketing permission and rights to the photos. You review the listing before publication.
What if I already have a listing or property manager?
Tell us about any existing agreement or listing. We will discuss the appropriate coordination before marketing or providing services.
Is this ongoing property management?
This inquiry starts a conversation about tenant placement. Maintenance, rent collection and ongoing management responsibilities must be discussed and agreed separately.
